Fast Line Safety Training's mission is to deliver high quality safety training solutions to its clients and students with respect, expertise, and professionalism. Refund/Cancellation Policy:

Refund Policy

To cancel or reschedule a class you registered for, please contact us at (631) 393-6755 or training@fastlinesafetytraining.com at least 24 hours in advance of the start of the first date of your registered class to receive a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start of the first date of your registered class are not entitled to a refund of your deposit, however, if a full payment was made, you will be refunded 50% of your payment.

It is the policy of Fast Line Safety Training, LLC. to uphold a safe working and learning environment that is free of all forms of discrimination; Fast Line Safety Training, LLC. does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, gender expression, age, national origin, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status and political beliefs in any of its activities or operations. These activities include, but are not limited to, hiring and firing of staff, selection of volunteers and vendors, and provision of training and technical services. Instructor's Proprietary Interest Policy:

It is the policy of Fast Line Safety Training, LLC. that the Proprietary Interest of instructors is disclosed. Fast Line Safety Training's instructor(s) and its facility has absolutely no financial interest or related personal interest of bias in any business whose products and/or services are described, reviewed, evaluated or compared in the training courses provided. Students shall be notified at the beginning of each class of any proprietary interest the instructor may have in any product, instrument, device, service, or material discussed within the class as well as the source of any compensation related to the presentation Fast Line Safety Training will ensure that this policy is adhered, they shall also disclose this policy on all advertisement material and website.

Intellectual Proprietary Interest Policy:

It is likely that in the course of creation or development of materials, third-party materials may be included in the final product. Intellectual property rights must always be respected. Use of third- party content shall require the use of the appropriate credit line and/or digital watermark. Permission from the owner/creator must be obtained before including intellectual property as part of instructional materials at Fast Line Safety Training. Fast Line Safety Training ownership of their Intellecual Property and the those of third-party content shall be protected. In the case third-part Intellectual Property being utilized, Fast Line Safety Training will use the appropriate credit line and/or digital watermarks to protect that material.

Valid Photo Identification:

Valid photo identification is required of students to present at start of each course (for multiple day courses IDs will only be collected on the first session of training). Accepted forms of ID include: driver's license, state ID, passport, Green Card, work/school ID, or any other ID that contains student's picture and full legal name. Failure to provide ID will result in delay of course completion materials being released to student. These IDs are not distributed, any information will not be disclosed to any other parties and will be strictly maintained for office use for verification purposes. 

Support Services:

Support, grievance and/or questions pertaining to the subject matter, quality assurance, learning environment can be directly to training@fastlinesafetytraining.com or mailed to the facility address at: 535 Broadhollow Road Suite B9, Melville, NY 11747. Students must address their concerns about this school or any of its educational programs by emailing a formal letter to the above email address or in writing to the facility address. Schools are responsible for ensuring and documenting that all students have received a copy of the school's grievance procedures and for describing these procedures in the school's published catalog. If, as a student, you were not provided with this information, please inform school management.

Age of Consent:

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

Completion/Replacement Certification and Card:

A certificate of completion will be issued at the end of course which is valid for 90 days. Upon completion of the course students will receive a certificate from Fast Line Safety Training and will receive a plastic wallet card respective to the class they successfully completed. These cards must be picked up at our office and sign a release and confirmation of card pick up. The issued card must always be carried while on a construction job site and present this card as proof of completed course when requested.

We suggest you maintain a copy for your records. If this card is lost or stolen, you will need to purchase a replacement card at an additional charge. Please contact us via email at training@fastlinesafetytraining.com for a request.

What Do We Do With Your Information?

Privacy Policy

When you sign up for a training course with Fast Line Safety Training via registration forms, we collect your information such as your name, address, date of birth, and email address. Email addresses are only used for email marketing purposes. When you sign a registration form for a training course or complete a transaction with us, we imply that you consent to our collecting of your information and using it for the above stated reasons. However, personal data is information that can be used to ascertain your identity. This includes information such as your correct name, address, postal address and telephone number. It does not include information that is not directly related to your actual identity. All personal information is stored on password-encrypted software and will never be sold or given to a third party. Fast Line Safety Training LLC uses industry standard security measures to protect the information under our control, including firewalls and other security measures. Although the inherent dangers of the Internet means we cannot guarantee the protection of your information against loss, misuse, or alteration, Fast Line Safety Training LLC works hard to protect all of your personal information. We will release information about you if you direct us to do so, if we are required by law to do so, or in other legally limited circumstances. If you would like to withdraw your information and consent, you can contact us at any time via the information provided below.
